The success of the process and outcome are dictated by the quality of planning, design and documentation at the outset. With so much at risk, how sure are you that your design and documentation is well resolved!?

​We have supported countless clients to refine project homes, designs inherited with the purchase of a property and even current design and documentation being produced by other professionals (like the real example in the image above).

We recommend one of our 3 consultation options.

​​1. A little free advice.
Give us a call or email, if we can help with a quick chat and some free advice we're more than happy to. 

2. An hour or two to really know where you stand.
A simple 1.5 hour consultation with our Director Todd for only $499. We will ask you to send over all documentation you have so we can study it properly, do any research, make any notes and then meet either in person or via Zoom to discuss the findings. 

As you can imagine, the time we spend preparing and presenting this information often far exceeds the fee, it really is a service of love.

3. Some detailed advice to really resolve some ideas and direction.
If there are some specific challenges, risks or limitations in your project or the proposed direction it's always best to spend a little more time and effort resolving these details up front to avoid potential disaster down the track.
