​Every project we complete is bespoke, a one off design tailored to you and your site. 

This means whether large or small, each project and each person receives an individually tailored package to suit your needs. That said, we have a simple recipe for success with our 5 step Pre-Construction Process:

1. CONTACT, CONSULT & CONTRACT
 - Submit the Contact Form on our website, send us an email directly or give us a call for a free 15 minute consult, we can discuss the feasibility and direction of your proposed project within context of your site, existing structure, budget and timeframes. 
 - If further consultation is required to resolve the project direction this will be arranged.
 - When the necessary information is gathered and direction of the project is clear, we will formalise the next steps with a contract.

2. PRELIMINARY DESIGN
 - Site visit, analyse and measure of existing building
 - Produce existing conditions drawings
 - Preliminary codes research and assessment
 - Produce preliminary concept design sketches
 - Preliminary consultation with certifiers, planners, builders, estimators etc.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
 - Develop the design in digital format (3d software)
 - Confirm consultants and seek further comment

4. DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION (DA) *if required
 - Develop drawings in consult with town planner, building certifier and others for DA
 - Conduct preliminary building approval (BA) assessment
 - Support production of town planning report and application

5. BUILDING APPROVAL (BA)
 - Preparation of final drawings for BA and construction  
 - Structural detailing and drafting
 - Unification of documentation required for BA
