It guarantees a maximum 10 business day turnaround from payment receipt to completed construction drawings. 

Here's how it works:

1. SEND US THE DETAILS
 - Use the Contact Form on our website or email directly all of the project information possible.
 - As the contact form demonstrates, information can include:

• Client details (full name, phone, email, address, role in project e.g. builder, home owner etc.)
• Project description (e.g. new deck to rear of house, or new free standing carport to front boundary)
• Existing construction documentation including:
   - Survey Pan or Site Plan (with bearing & distances clear and readable). 
   - Previously approved architectural, structural, hydraulic and other drawings or specifications with heights, dimensions, notes etc.
   - Record of easements or other restrictions on site e.g. protection order, contaminated land, flood levels etc.
   - Services drawings BIMAP (sewer, stormwater, gas, power, communications) with as constructed main lines, connection points and depths
   - Photos of the existing building and site
• ​Specific project details (preference for pitched or trussed roof, desired carport ceiling height etc.)
• Design drawings (floor plan with dimensions, heights, materials and other notes. Other sketches or drawings as required.)

2. CONFIRMATION & CONTRACT
 - We'll examine the information received, clarify any details, request further information and send a contract within 48 hours.
 - The contract scope of works and pricing will reflect the amount and quality of information provided. 
​* Fees will increase with projects requiring additional works including sloping sites, suspended ground floor, stepped buildings, complex existing structures or purchasing survey plans. Remember, even though it's only a carport or deck we still need to draft the existing site and structures to gain building approval.

3. PAYMENT & PRODUCTION
 - On receipt of payment the 10 business day timeframe begins
 - Site visit and measure of existing structure (if required)
 - Production of construction drawings demonstrating existing and proposed works ready for engineering and approvals
 - Reasonable amendments if required for engineering and certification
